Visit Laguna Beach addresses some of the concerns raised by residents about the impacts by tourists, assuring that its Leave No Trace program remains an active effort, now with additional assistance by the Surf & Sand. They also explained the ways they have been working to attract tourists that are planning to visit the City, to the City's local businesses, and how funds are used to directly help the City's arts organizations.
