Beyond Plastics to Starbucks - Ditch the Plastic

Starbucks touts its plastic cups as “widely recyclable”; however, Beyond Plastics conducted a nationwide tracker investigation, covering 21 states. After three months of tracking in 2026, not even one discarded cup ended up at a plastics recycling facility. Not one. Eco Forward, in collaboration with Beyond Plastics, is organizing a news conference and rally at 11:00 AM at the Starbucks corporate office in Newport Beach. Backed by over 14,000 petition signatures, the demonstration targets Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol.
