In the 57-page unanimous ruling by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Court opined that Trump does not have the authority to break federal laws and not be tried because he was once president. Former President Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant.
