Freedom of the press is essential for democracy. The media serves as a gateway of information for people. Transparency of individuals or institutions can be ensured through criticism of the government, and the role of the media is paramount in doing that. Ed takes this responsibility seriously, and will ask the tough questions, whether to our local officials, such as the Mayor, or our State and National representatives.
