Ed asks the Mayor about yesterday's Special Meeting, which included another Closed Session regarding property negotiations for property for sale on Laguna Canyon Road that currently has artist studios, and a workshop on artist work/live and the Community Land Trust the City is creating. The Mayor also explained the new agreement the City signed with Visit Laguna.
